SNAP’rWhat is a SNAP’r? The SNAP’r is a castable, automatic, hook setter, that will hook a fish when it bites your bait. It works in fresh or salt water and features a Chum Strip that will absorb any fish attracting scent, releasing it near your bait. How does the SNAP’r work? Rig the SNAP’r by tying it mid-line, between your mainline and your leader. Put a hook at the end of your leader and bait it. Attach a weight, float, or nothing at all along the mainline to get it to the right distance or depth. Cock the SNAP’r by pulling the cable until the knot comes out of the housing. Then catch the knot in the notch at the end of the Chum Strip. Cast it all out and wait, when a fish bites, the SNAP’r will set the hook. Now you just gotta’ land ‘em.
